Costumer care and termes:
Your order will be confirmed immediately via email and dispatched within 2-3 working days (this does not mean Saturday and Sunday)
Exchange, return and refund:
Within 30 working days, your purchase can be exchanged for another size (if the size is in stock) or another product in the webshop corresponding to the price of your purchase. If you regret the purchase after delivery, immediately send an email to [email protected] stating your regret. You are then responsible for returning the purchase within 30 working days. When the product has landed safely back at Moriild Universe, you will receive a gift card with a duration of 1 year, to the same value as your purchase amount.
In the event of an exchange, you pay for shipping and proper safe packaging for the return. As soon as the return package has landed safely, Moriild universe will send you your new product or your new size immediately, at no extra cost.
